Return Timeframe & Conditions
Unused and undamaged products may be returned within 10 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging.
Used products are non-refundable.
A 25% restocking fee may apply to all eligible returns or cancellations.
Shipping & Handling
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling costs on returns of undamaged products.
If an item is damaged or lost in transit, a receipt is required for any claim.
Final Sale Items
All sales are final from the date of receipt on used products.
All sales are final outside the United States
Defective, Damaged or Missing Products
If the product has defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship and or damaged during transit, we will:
Provide a replacement.
Cover shipping costs.
If the product was damaged or part of it is missing during transit, the following is required for replacement:
Inspect the product before accepting delivery. If it appears to be damaged, take photos and reject delivery. Notify us within 24 hours so that we can file a claim and resend replacement.
If product is missing notify us and the carrier and when you sign for delivery. A photo of the product delivered must be taken the same day as received.

To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team at contact@flatpass360.com within 24 hours of receiving or not receiving your order. When reaching out, include the reason for your replacement request along with any relevant details and photos to support your case
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our customer service team at: contact@flatpass360.com, providing the reason for your return or refund request.
If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Once your return is received and examined, we will update you on the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days.
