Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders quickly and as safely as possible.

Before your purchase is complete, we will provide you with the cost of shipping and handling.

The cost to ship your Flatpass360 depends on your location, number of items, box size, and total weight. Most orders are processed and shipped within 10 days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. For large orders that require freight shipping (150 lb+) it may take longer.

Local Buyers: You may also coordinate with us to pick up your FlatPass360. Please contact us after purchase to arrange a convenient day, time, and location for pickup.

A tracking number will be emailed to the buyer once the order ships (depending on the carrier).
