At XCEL Concrete Floor Flatness Testing
Our Technicians…
Can attend pre-meetings to review project protocol and f-number specifications.
Arrive to project at the scheduled time and check-in with superintendent.
Record the project name, project location, pour and measurement date along with specified FF/FL requirements to the Dipstick Floor Profiler on board software.
Establish Test Surface and Test Sections.
Calculate “Square footage Area” for the Test Section.
Collect data using the “Parallel and Perpendicular” or “Diagonal Layout Method."
Input run description and proceed with data collection in accordance with ASTM E1155
Exit the project site and return to office for the F-number information data to be uploaded and processed.
F-Number reports include: Statistical and graphical summaries of the floors characteristics. Cover Letter, Combined Test Sections, Floor Maps and Graphs are delivered to our client.
